Rathbun charged with driving without a license.  He had a previous failure to appear that he was advised about when he was originally cited 9/24/02.

 

On 11/22/02 Rathbun failed to appear for arraignment.  Bail was set at $26,000.

On 12/4/02 he was remanded to custody in this case.

 

The case was dismissed in the interest of justice on 3/10/05.
